This team description paper presents an overview of previous work and recent research topics of Team HELIOS2023.We have been attempting to construct a method that facilitates the construction of tactical decisions that reflect the intentions of the team designers, intending to operate a variety of tactics flexibly. This paper outlines one of our recent efforts that use learning to rank to make tactical decisions about ball chasing behavior.
