We introduced a layered distributed constraint optimization problem (L-DCOP) to the RRS task assignment problem. The experimental results confirmed that the new model was more efficient in rescue operations than that modeled on the distributed constraint optimization problem. However, we could not introduce these ideas because of communication limitations. Therefore, we used the agent’s travel distance estimation used in the L-DCOP experiment and improved the search order determination method. This improved the agent’s search efficiency and the accuracy of travel distance estimation, and enabled more efficient rescue operations. As a result, we achieved better results than our agents from last year.
